Viviana Narotzky
She is a research fellow in Art History at the Open University and a tutor in Humanities at the Royal College of Art in London. Her main interests are the consumption of goods and environments, design and national/local identities and the study of material culture in contexts of political transition and globalization. She has written about the retailing of designer goods, the new social discourses emerging from the Barcelona model of urban regeneration and cars in contemporary Cuban material culture.
